As a founding member of Trusted Adventures and Rafting America, global alliances of top-tier travel companies, Brandon’s experience gives him an unparalleled understanding of what it takes to run a thriving tour business. Through this hands-on experience, he recognized that while guest experiences were always top priority, technology was becoming a pivotal factor in both business operations and customer satisfaction.
Resmark was born from the desire to solve the common challenges faced by tour operators. From streamlining bookings to automating waivers and payments, we built Resmark to address the gaps in the industry. Since its inception, the platform has helped operators reduce friction, improve guest interactions, and increase revenue. We’ve grown our own operations from 5,000 to nearly 40,000 guests annually, and to date, Resmark users have processed over $1 billion in sales.
