    You can now send automatic notifications to suppliers whenever a booking is created or canceled. Suppliers confirm or deny orders directly in their Pending Orders dashboard, keeping everything in sync with less manual work.

    The “New Order” page now has upgraded navigation. When searching for availability “today,” you can quickly move forward or back a day with a simple click.

  • Direct Booking Link with Specified Date

    Direct booking links now display the departure date at the top of the page for group members. Organizers can share links so each guest can reserve and pay individually while ensuring the group stays together.

  • New Website Integrations

    ResmarkWeb now makes it easier than ever to connect your website to Resmark. Product updates—like pricing, images, descriptions, and policies—sync automatically so you only update once.

  • SEO & Paid Ads Management

    Resmark now offers SEO services and paid ads management to help drive more traffic and direct bookings. New clients also receive a complimentary website overhaul for a stronger online presence.

  • OTA Integrations

    Resmark now supports OTAs like Viator, TripAdvisor, GetYourGuide, and Expedia. Enable them to access your live inventory and push real-time bookings directly into Resmark.

  • Embeddable “List View” Widget

    The new “List View” widget lets you display upcoming start dates with availability, instead of a calendar view. Perfect for limited departures, early users report a 20%+ boost in bookings.

  • Upgraded In-App Chat

    The brand-new in-app chat is live! Get assistance anytime directly in Resmark, with added support options via WhatsApp and SMS.

Public Check-in Page / Kiosk Mode

Empower guests with self-service check-in.

Set up kiosks on tablets or share a QR link that guests can use on their own devices. Visitors can look up orders by confirmation number, phone, or email, then complete payments, add missing participant details, and sign waivers before confirming check-in. Once completed, their status updates instantly in your Resmark dashboard, giving staff full visibility.
